From the Trinity College Dublin LGBT+ Staff Network
The TCD LGBT+ Staff Network is a resource for all staff members in the University who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or any other sexuality or gender beyond heterosexual and cisgender.
The Network is open to LGBTQ+ staff members, allies and all staff with an interest in the LGBTQ+ community, and we endeavour to contribute to Trinity’s long history of innovation, excellence and progress in a unique way.
The Network serves as many functions as there are interests of our members, and we act as a representative voice for LGBTQ+ staff, a professional network, a social outlet, and a resource on LGBTQ+ issues.
If you are an LGBTQ+ member of staff, your experience in the University should be open to and enhanced by every aspect of your life, and the Network hopes to facilitate this by making you feel welcome and connected with your LGBT and non-LGBT colleagues.
